A low cost catering thermometer full of features, including LCD dual display, waterproof case & hold button. The CA2005 offers a hold function and when this button is pressed, the current temperature will be held and transferred to the top right of the display. The main display will continue to show the temperature in real-time. The CA2005 has an IP67 rating which means that it is completely waterproof. This protection means that the unit shouldn’t come to harm if accidently submersed.The CA2005 only accepts T type thermocouple. T type thermocouples are high accuracy and ideal for food and catering applications.
